Jolie Dudley is the Co-Founder | CEO of Must Love Dogs and Comedy where she focuses on Talent Sourcing and Booking, Partnership Outreach, Press and Public Relations, and Hosting/MC. Additionally, Jolie is a comedian, producer, content creator and career coach. Along with punchlines, Jolie brings knowledge of the comedy world, strong networking skills, and a level of professionalism that is unmatched in the
alternative comedy scene.
To pay the bills, Jolie is a Marketing & Content Creation specialist at a tech startup and she previously worked in Higher Education within the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for various Universities throughout the East Coast.
Jolie is a first-generation college graduate and holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Louisiana State University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
Outside of work and dog shows, Jolie loves going to Broadway shows when she wins the lotteries/rush, supporting her comedian friends’ shows, and watching TV with her pup, Knope.

Knope (like Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec) is the Chief Barking Officer of Must Love Dogs and Comedy. She is an 8 year old Cattle-dog mix rescued from Companion Animal Alliance in Baton Rouge, LA. Knope has been hailed as, “the cutest and sweetest dog there ever was” by her pet parents Jolie and Nick. She can be found following Jolie and Nick around each show hoping to perform, but she does not have a tight 5.
Outside of work, Knope is passionate about sharing her licks, going for walks around the neighborhood, and cuddling up on the couch.

Nicolas Polanco is the Co-Founder of Must Love Dogs and Comedy where he focuses on finances, operations, and legal matters. He was recently featured in Legal Zoom’s small business stories in June 2022.
Additionally, Nicolas is currently a cybersecurity advisor where he helps large multinational companies secure their IT investments. In the past, he has held positions at Microsoft, SAP, Deloitte and JPMorgan.
Nicolas is a first-gen college graduate and holds a BS in Information Management & Technology and a minor in Finance from Syracuse University. Nicolas was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States at a young age. Outside of work, Nicolas is passionate about volunteering in his local community and mentoring underrepresented groups of rising Juniors/Seniors.
